This charming barn was transformed into a chic two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest cottage that blends rustic charm with contemporary luxury. We introduced a catwalk, exposed beams, and furnishings that evoke understated elegance, creating a harmonious retreat.

A custom, five-foot-tall, double-sided fireplace divides the space into a living area with a bar and a dining area seating ten, with multi-slide pocket doors for indoor-outdoor flow. The center features a fully appointed kitchen with a coffee bar. Upstairs, two bedrooms with architectural windows are separated by a lofted seating area and workspace. The challenge was to make the space feel cozy while preserving the barn’s character, including the dramatic reveal of glass doors and dining area when the barn doors open.
