In 2017 in the heart of Huron Village, Sam Kachmar demolished a delipidated 1955 home to create a beautiful, streamlined take on a traditional craftsman-style home. With the beautiful, private surrounding property in mind, the design leveraged an abundance of oversized windows and an open floor plan to create large, fluid spaces perfect for hosting large family gatherings. In true craftsman style, an immense about of detail and effort was carefully placed into fabricating every cabinet and laying every tile.
