Since they purchased the home in 2002, this Cambridge couple have engaged in three different renovations. The most recent was a total overhaul and conversion of two bathrooms. The second floor bathroom and part of the study were transformed into a powder room with a laundry and cleaning closet, and the third floor master bathroom was gutted and redesigned. The new layout redistributed the same uses within the renovated space in a more efficient way and with an updated contemporary design and soothing color palette. The resulting collaboration gave way to more modern, airy, and functional spaces.
